First session for ages as been either too windy, cold or for last week had lurgy. Got most heel gybes in but only a few toes as couldn't control in strong gusts and big chop. Rode some wind swells for several seconds, that's a start, helped by watching others around me. Ok for first day back for 2 1/2 weeks, especially as so windy. Pumped wing to 7psi and easier in strong winds.
Now running 2 degrees, 2 red, shimms
